Booking and Reservation

To reserve a skip, you must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking. Booking Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS within 24 hours. Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.
Deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery or as per the agreed payment schedule.

Delivery and Collection

We strive to deliver and collect skips promptly. Please ensure that the delivery location is clear of any obstructions and that there is sufficient space for the skip. Delivery Times are estimated and subject to change based on traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.

Access and Placement

The customer is responsible for providing safe and legal access for the skip delivery and collection.
We are not liable for any damage caused to the property or surrounding areas during skip placement.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the placement of the skip does not obstruct pathways or create safety hazards.

Usage Guidelines

Our skips are designed for the disposal of specific types of waste. Allowed Materials include household waste, garden waste, construction debris, and general non-hazardous materials.

Prohibited Items

Hazardous materials such as asbestos, chemicals, and flammable liquids.
Medical waste, including sharps and contaminated materials.
Electrical appliances and items containing mercury.
Vehicles, batteries, and tires.

Customer Responsibilities

By hiring a skip, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Ensuring that all prohibited items are not placed in the skip.
Loading the skip safely, avoiding overfilling or exceeding weight limits.
Notifying us immediately of any issues with the skip during the hire period.
Arranging for the appropriate permissions if the skip is to be placed on public land or shared property.

Liability and Insurance

We take responsibility for the safe delivery and collection of our skips. However, we are not liable for:

Any damage to property or vehicles caused by the placement or removal of the skip.
Loss or damage to items placed in the skip before collection.
Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or road closures.

We recommend that customers have their own insurance to cover any potential damages or losses during the skip hire period.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your skip hire, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund minus any necessary administrative fees.

Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation.

No-Show Policy

If we arrive for delivery and the customer is not available to receive the skip, a No-Show Fee will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with the failed delivery attempt.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our skip hire services will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, legal action. Customers agree to seek resolution through dialogue before pursuing legal avenues.

Governing Law
